If you're looking for a housing situation for your character, first take a look at the options available. Once you've selected a vacant board for your character's housing, fill out the application provided to obtain residency.

Don't want to exactly make your own character? Well we have a list of canons here that are looking for someone to play them! You may speak to an admin if you'd like to add your own character to the canons.

Here you may list what relationships your character is in with all of the other characters that they have conversed/interacted with.

In this board, your character can create a cell phone number, screen names for instant messaging services, and carry on conversations. There is also a section to post notifications, ads, invitations, and announcements.

Because of the sheer size of the apartments, and the flattering French overtone of Nerudova, this has to be the most expensive place to live in Clearlake short of buying your own place. The apartments have multiple rooms to accommodate families, and has a reputation fit for an expensive hotel. There is a garden enclosed by gates, and a restaurant and pool area in the building itself.

This apartment building sits on the opposite side of the park as Concorde does. Despite its area, the old building of rust colored bricks is less than risque. It's quiet, compared to its neighbor, and has no special defining features, except the balconies.

The Apartments at Concorde are in the tradition of studio apartments, though don't be fooled by the size of the rooms. It's not for the lightly paid, and is fancied to the tee with gothic gargoyles outside. It rests in one of the most expensive districts in-city, and sits right by the park, making for a lovely view. Tenants can be thrilled by a private pool, and a restaurant just next door.

This building starts its rooms off in the basement, revealing that it's not the most expensive of apartments in the area, though it is somewhat grounded. There is an accessible laundry room, and it is closed off from the rest of the world with a spire-tipped gate, which is sure to keep thieves out when locked.

Here are where all the horses in Clearlake are usually boarded. It's a large ranch, spanning over a thousand acres outside of town, in the crease of the mountains. The barn is made of stone, and has modern insides that are very elegant and wood-based. There is an office, two outdoor arenas, tons of paddocks, an indoor arena, and miles of trails.

In these woods are located many of the common riding trails. Some are leisure rides through prairies, while others go into the mountains for a more risky adventure.

This is the small neighborhood of homes in the countryside a few miles outside of the city. As construction continues, more homes will be available for purchase.

In this board there is many ways to interact with other members or put your suggestions in to the site. New boards may be added as your staff comes up with more ideas.

All of the moment nominations for each month will be posted here. We'd like if every member participated in the nominating, even if you don't know a lot of members/characters. Just take a lot around and threads to give you a brief idea.
